Delivery
If LymphShop receives no communication from you, within 7 (seven) days of delivery, regarding any problems with the Goods, you are deemed to have received the Goods in full working order and with no problem.
We use Australia Post Standard Delivery for a flat rate of $12.50 plus GST.

Shipping
We only ship Goods to Australian postal addresses and post office boxes. Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your Goods to the Australian address indicated on your Order Confirmation. We will use our reasonable efforts to deliver your Goods to you within the estimated delivery time; however, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame. We are not responsible for late delivery caused by any of our freight carriers as this is outside our control.
Order Tracking
After your Goods has been dispatched, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided, with details of the freight carrier and a tracking number which you can use to track the shipping status of your order.
