Return of Goods
To arrange a return, contact our Customer Service team within 30 days from the date the order is dispatched. Returned Goods must be in saleable condition with original packaging and tags attached. You may be liable for any diminished value resulting from opening packaging. Under normal circumstances, returned goods will be exchanged.
Cancellation or Change of Mind
If you wish to cancel or change your order, it may be possible if your order has not yet started the packing process in our warehouse. For assistance, please contact our Customer Service team. They can help with product questions, order information, or general queries.
