Definitions and interpretation
In this agreement the following terms shall have the following meanings:

- LymphShop is a trading name of Haddenham Healthcare Ltd and throughout these Terms and Conditions and where one or other is mentioned both should be understood as being referred to;
- "Service" means collectively any online facilities, tools, services or information that LymphShop makes available through the Website either now or in the future;
- "Purchase information" means collectively any orders, invoices, dispatch notes, receipts or similar that may be in hard copy or electronic form;
- "System" means any online communications infrastructure that LymphShop makes available through the Website either now or in the future. This includes, but is not limited to, web-based email, message boards, live chat facilities and email links;
- "User"/"Users" means any third party that accesses the Website and is not employed by LymphShop and acting in the course of their employment;
- "Website" means the website that you are currently using and any sub-domains of this site unless expressly excluded by their own Terms and Conditions.

Goods Offered: We provide a range of medical-grade compression products(Medical Grade products) and non-medical compression products, donning devices, and skincare products (Consumer products) (collectively, the Goods).

Shipping Costs: The price of Goods shown excludes shipping costs. The shipping cost is a flat rate of $12.50 plus GST.

We sell and ship Goods only within Australia. We do not deliver outside of Australia.

Accounts
In order to maximise the value of this Website to purchase Goods, you are required to create an account. This means we will capture certain personal details. Please note Payment Information will not be held by this Website but will be retained by third party systems e.g. Eway. By continuing to use this Website you represent and warrant that:
- All information you submit is accurate and truthful;
- You have permission to submit Payment Information where permission may be required;
- You will keep this information accurate and up-to-date.

- It is recommended that you do not share your account details, particularly your username and password. LymphShop accepts no liability for any losses or damages incurred as a result of your account details being shared by you. - If you have reason to believe that your account details have been obtained by another without consent, you should contact LymphShop immediately to suspend your account and cancel any unauthorised purchases that may be pending. Please be aware that purchases can only be cancelled until they are dispatched. In the event that an unauthorised purchase is dispatched prior to your notifying us of the unauthorised nature of the purchase, LymphShop accepts no liability or responsibility and you should make contact with the carrier detailed in the purchase information.
1. When choosing your username you are required to adhere to the terms set out above. Any failure to do so could result in the suspension and/or deletion of your account.
Termination and cancellation
Either LymphShop or you may terminate your account. If LymphShop terminates your account, you will be notified by email and an explanation for the termination will be provided. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to terminate without giving reasons.
If LymphShop terminates your account, any current or pending purchases on your account will be cancelled and will not be dispatched.
LymphShop reserves the right to cancel purchases without stating reasons, for any reason prior to processing payment and dispatch.
If purchases are cancelled for any reason prior to dispatch you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases.
If you terminate your account any non-dispatched purchases will be cancelled and you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases.
Goods, pricing and availability
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that all graphical representations and descriptions of Goods available from LymphShop correspond to the actual Goods, LymphShop is not responsible for any variations from these descriptions. This does not exclude our liability for mistakes due to negligence on our part and refers only to variations of the correct Goods, not different Goods altogether.
Where appropriate, you may be required to select the required size, model, colour, quantity of the Goods that you are purchasing.
All pricing information on the website is correct at the time of going online. LymphShop reserves the right to change prices and alter or remove any special offers from time to time and as necessary.
All prices on the Website include are listed Australian dollars. Prairie Wear Bras and some donning devices include GST. This is indicated on the individual Goods page.
Delivery
If LymphShop receives no communication from you, within 7 (seven) days of delivery, regarding any problems with the Goods, you are deemed to have received the Goods in full working order and with no problem.
We use Australia Post Standard Delivery for a flat rate of $12.50 plus GST.

Shipping
We only ship Goods to Australian postal addresses and post office boxes. Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your Goods to the Australian address indicated on your Order Confirmation. We will use our reasonable efforts to deliver your Goods to you within the estimated delivery time; however, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame. We are not responsible for late delivery caused by any of our freight carriers as this is outside our control.
Order Tracking
After your Goods has been dispatched, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided, with details of the freight carrier and a tracking number which you can use to track the shipping status of your order.
Return of Goods
To arrange a return, contact our Customer Service team within 30 days from the date the order is dispatched. Returned Goods must be in saleable condition with original packaging and tags attached. You may be liable for any diminished value resulting from opening packaging.
Under normal circumstances, returned goods will be exchanged.
Cancellation or Change of Mind
If you wish to cancel or change your order, it may be possible if your order has not yet started the packing process in our warehouse. For assistance, please contact our Customer Service team. They can help with product questions, order information, or general queries.

LymphShop accepts no liability for any disruption or non-availability of the website resulting from external causes including, but not limited to, ISP equipment failure, host equipment failure, communications network failure, power failure, natural events, acts of war or legal restrictions and censorship.

Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or restricts Haddenham Healthcare Ltd's liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising out of the incorrect delivery of goods or out of reliance on incorrect information included on the website.
In the event that any of these Terms are found to be unlawful, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, that term is to be deemed severed from these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions. This term shall apply only within jurisdictions where a particular term is illegal.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria. Each Party irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts operating in Victoria and any courts entitled to hear appeals from those courts and waives any right to object to proceedings being brought in those courts.
